Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply when you use our website, shop.wildingtribe.com, and when you buy from us. Please read them before you place an order. They work alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you buy from us as a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms don't take away. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

About Us

Wilding Tribe Supplements is run by WILDING TRIBE SUPPLEMENT CO LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our full company details are on our Contact Information page.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean WILDING TRIBE SUPPLEMENT CO LIMITED. "You" and "your" mean the person using our website or buying from us.

You can reach us by email at connect@wildingtribe.com. If we need to contact you, we'll use the email address or phone number you gave us when you placed your order.

Using Our Website

You're welcome to browse and shop on our website for your own personal use. When you use it, please don't:

  • use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or anyone else's account;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or do anything that interferes with how the website works;
  • copy, scrape or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We work to keep the website available and up to date, but we can't promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, for example for maintenance.

Who Can Buy from Us

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the details you give us are accurate.

We sell our products to consumers for their own personal use, not for resale.

Our Products

Our products are food supplements. Please read the full ingredients, directions and warnings on the product page and on the pack before you buy, particularly if you have allergies or dietary requirements.

Always read the label and follow the directions on the pack. In particular:

  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use.

The information on our website is general product information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other healthcare professional.

We take care to make sure our product information is accurate. If anything on our website differs from the pack you receive, please follow the pack and let us know, so we can correct the website.

Product images are for illustration only. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may change from time to time.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges aren't included in product prices. They are shown at checkout before you pay.

You pay through our secure Shopify checkout, using Shopify Payments or any other payment method shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners, and we don't see or store your full card details.

We take payment when you place your order. This includes pre-orders.

Our prices may change from time to time, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed.

Pricing Mistakes

We try hard to make sure our prices are correct, but mistakes can happen. If we find that the correct price of something you've ordered is lower than the price you paid, we'll refund the difference. If the correct price is higher, we'll contact you before dispatching your order and ask whether you'd like to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

If a price is obviously and unmistakably wrong, and you could reasonably have recognised it as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund everything you've paid, even if we've already confirmed it.

Placing an Order

To place an order, add the products you want to your cart and go to checkout. There you'll enter your contact and delivery details, choose a delivery option and payment method, and see a summary of your order, including the total price, before you pay. You can review your order and correct any mistakes at any point before you complete your purchase.

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in it. We'll then email you an order confirmation. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you that order confirmation email. This applies to pre-orders as well as to products that are in stock.

The contract is in English. We keep a record of your order, and you'll find the details in your order confirmation email and in your account, if you have one. We suggest you save or print a copy of these terms for your records.

If We Can't Fulfil Your Order

Occasionally we may need to cancel an order after we've confirmed it, for example if a product is no longer available, if there is an obvious pricing mistake, if we can't deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If this happens, we'll tell you as soon as possible and give you a full refund.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be available to pre-order before they are ready to ship. When you pre-order:

  • we take full payment when you place your order;
  • the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page;
  • you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched, and we'll give you a full refund;
  • if the expected dispatch date changes, we'll email you with the new date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund;
  • once your order is delivered, you have the same 14-day right to cancel as with any other order.

To cancel a pre-order, email us at connect@wildingtribe.com with your order number. Our Refund Policy has the details.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Our Shipping Policy explains how delivery works.

Unless we agree a different date with you (for example, for a pre-order), we'll deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of confirming it.

Products are our responsibility until they are delivered to you, or to someone you've asked to receive them. They become yours once we've received full payment.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind, you can usually cancel within 14 days of delivery. For health protection and hygiene reasons, this doesn't apply to pouches or sachets that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we'll put things right.

Our Refund Policy explains how to cancel, how to return items and when you'll receive your refund.

Your Account

You can create an account with us to view your orders and manage your details. Accounts are hosted by Shopify. Instead of a password, you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address.

Because sign-in codes are sent to your email, you are responsible for keeping your email account secure. Please don't share your sign-in codes with anyone. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us straight away.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being misused or used in breach of these terms.

Marketing Emails

We'll only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them, for example by joining the WILD list, our waitlist. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing us. If you unsubscribe, we'll still email you about any orders you place.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.

Intellectual Property

Everything on our website, including text, images, logos, designs and the WILD and WILDING TRIBE® names, belongs to us or to those who license it to us. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, adapt or use it for any other purpose without our written permission.

Our Responsibility to You

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both you and we knew it might happen when the contract was made. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including your right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose;
  • defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We supply our products for domestic and private use only. If you use them for any business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, carrier or postal disruption, or failures of public networks. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay. If there's a risk of substantial delay, you can contact us to cancel your order and we'll refund you for any products you haven't received.

Your Privacy

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we run our shop. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.

Other Important Terms

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We'll tell you in writing if this happens, and it won't affect your rights under these terms.
  • You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to someone else if we agree to this in writing.
  • This contract is between you and us. No one else has any right to enforce any of its terms.
  • Each part of these terms operates separately. If a court decides that any part is unlawful, the rest will stay in full force.
  • If we don't insist straight away that you do something you are required to do under these terms, or we delay taking steps against you, that doesn't mean we can't do so later.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us first at connect@wildingtribe.com. We'll do our best to put things right quickly and fairly. If we can't resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution service. You can also bring a claim in the courts (see below).

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings about our products or these terms in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

If you live outside the UK, this doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
